As a Broker Associate, I'm a dedicated and active team leader of The Brunner Bunch. I was previously part of top producing teams with Coldwell Banker in Boulder and Parker before starting my own team in 2013 and before moving to KW in 2020. I earned my real estate license in 2001 and worked out of Boulder and North Denver for 10 years. I currently serve the diverse real estate needs of clients in Parker, Castle Rock Highlands Ranch, Aurora and the south metro Denver area. I have a BA in Business Marketing from the University of Colorado at Boulder. I hold the Graduate Realtor Institute designation (GRI) and Certified Negotiation Specialist recognizing the successful completion of stringent continuing education courses in real estate.
I'm a busy mom and wife with a middle schooler and high schooler and an adorable Boston Terrier! I am involved in multiple community groups as well as the Parker Chamber. I have served on my kid's school foundation for many years to raise needed funds and give back to the community by doing annual food and coat drives. I love to connect people and help others be more successful in work and their social life!

A Parker resident since 1997, Susan has been a member of the Brunner Bunch since 2018 and is an active member of the community where she raised her family, serves on her HOA board and participates in fundraising groups and programs. While continuing to give back to the Parker community, she is also a talent home stager who makes all of the Brunner Bunch listing look their absolute best! Susan believes that selling or buying a home is a very important business decision and that you deserve someone that gives you honest and constructive feedback. She along with her sister Nancy is one of the most loyal, hardworking and dedicated real estate agents out there!
Valentina Adair

Bio:
Valentina believes everyone deserves a compassionate partner in their real estate journey regardless of whether it’s your first home, tenth home, or an investment project. Val holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Montana and a Master’s in Management from Colorado State University. She has a successful career in technology leadership for the past 20 years, and opportunities to support large corporations and great tech startups along the way.
Val has worked personally with The Brunner Bunch in buying and selling several of her own homes and witnessed the American Dream firsthand. Her passion for real estate grew from a young age when her parents purchased their first home shortly after immigrating from Belarus. From there, she watched with great intrigue as they built several homes, built a career in real estate as a Broker and built their wealth that allowed them to retire early.
In her personal life, she is a fortunate mother to three amazing kids and an incredibly supportive husband who manages small businesses of his own while taking on a majority of the stay-at-home parent responsibilities. Her love for Colorado and real estate brings a wonderful energy to The Brunner Bunch.

Courtney has been involved in real estate for over a decade. She was working primarily in luxury & equestrian real estate in Florida, upon moving back to Colorado she transitioned into real estate marketing where she provides additional support to The Brunner Bunch. She excels at making all marketing material look professional and amazing. Her interests include cooking, wine, reading, and travel.
